The artist, Martin Purnell, holds full copyright on all artwork produced including prints. The artist reserves the right to display all artwork on their website and social media pages.

Clients are required to let the artist know prior to starting the portrait if they do not wish the final artwork to be shown online.

Privacy Policy

The artist will not distribute or release your personal information to third parties.

Payment

To commission a portrait, a 20% non refundable deposit payment must be made in full before the drawing of the portrait can begin. Full payment must be received before the portrait is posted to the customer. Bank transfers are accepted for UK payments.

Items are shipped 3-7 days after completion.

Cancellation

Cancellations can be made after deposit has been paid, but before the portrait has been started, however the 20% deposit is non-refundable. This covers any work undertaken and materials purchased to complete the project. THe customer will have previously been given the portrait start date by email.

Changes and rejection of finished portrait.

On receiving the finished portrait the customer has 7 days to contact me of any required changes. If the portrait needs returning for alterations the client should cover the necessary  shipping charges, both ways.

Damage in Transit

The portraits are packed extremely well, however in the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit the customer should send a picture of the damaged artwork immediately on receipt. The portrait must be returned to the artist and a new portrait will be drawn at no cost. The new portrait will be added to the client waiting list.
